Intimate Moments collects the following information, stored only on your device:
- Health Data: Heart rate and workout data read through Apple HealthKit
- Session Records: Activity times, durations, and phase analysis results you record
- App Settings: Your preferences such as weight and age (for calorie calculations)
2. Data Usage
We use the collected data solely for:
- Displaying your activity analysis and trends within the app
- Calculating estimated calorie expenditure
- Smart detection of potentially missed session records
- Displaying statistics in widgets
3. Data Storage
Important: All data is stored locally on your iPhone and Apple Watch. We have no servers and do not upload any data to the cloud or third-party services.
Data storage locations include:
- Local device storage (UserDefaults, App Group)
- Apple HealthKit (health data)
4. Data Sharing
We do NOT share your data with any third parties. Specifically:
- We do not sell data to advertisers or data brokers
- We do not use data for analytics or market research
- We do not share data with other apps or services
- We do not transmit data to any servers
5. Apple HealthKit
This app uses Apple HealthKit to:
- Read: Heart rate data, workout data, fitness records
- Write: Workout records (if you choose to save)
Per Apple's requirements, HealthKit data:
- Will not be used for advertising purposes
- Will not be sold to third parties
- Will not be used for data mining
6. Privacy Protection Features
The app includes multiple privacy protection features:
- Face ID / Touch ID Lock: Biometric authentication required to access the app
- Background Blur: Automatically hides sensitive content when switching apps
- No Cloud Sync: Data is not synced to iCloud or other cloud services
- Local Processing: All data analysis is performed locally on your device
7. Data Deletion
You can delete your data at any time:
- Select "Clear All History" in app settings to delete all session records
- Uninstalling the app will delete all locally stored data
- You can delete related health data in the iPhone Health app
8. Children's Privacy
This app is designed for adult users and is not suitable for users under 17 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Privacy Policy Updates
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Updated policies will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Significant changes will be communicated through in-app notifications.
